Impellers from Ø250 to Ø2500 mm, direct or belt-driven, for clean air, dusty air, or pneumatic conveying of materials, with temperatures up to 900 °C.
Custom-made industrial fan for every application.
Construction in painted steel, stainless steel, special steels, galvanized steel, or plastic. Flow rates from 70 m³/h to 275,000 m³/h and pressures from 120 Pa to 30,000 Pa.
All our centrifugal fans are available in ATEX versions, in compliance with Directive 2014/34/EU.
With long or short casing, with inlet cone or wall plate. From Ø250 to Ø2000, direct or belt-driven, for clean or slightly dusty air, with temperatures up to 300 °C. Available in painted, stainless, or galvanized steel.
Ideal for applications requiring high flow rates at low pressure, our axial fans are used for general workshop ventilation, light smoke extraction, and air treatment. Available with protective guards, non-return dampers, and variable speed drives.
Small centrifugal fans for integration into air handling units, series centrifugal fans, ventilation boxes, and roof-mounted ventilation towers for various applications and all types of materials.
MECAVENT also meets specific needs: air circulators, blowers, fans for manufacturers (OEM), and projects based on technical specifications, thanks to our design office. Most of our ventilation systems are available in ATEX versions, in compliance with Directive 2014/34/EU.
MECAVENT SA has an in-house design office capable of designing bespoke solutions for the most demanding applications: high temperatures, corrosive atmospheres, high pressures, or ATEX constraints. Our engineers travel to your site to analyze your needs and propose the most suitable solution for your installation.
Why choose MECAVENT SA?
With over 25 years of experience in industrial aeraulics and acoustics, MECAVENT SA supports industrial clients in Switzerland and France from design to commissioning. Manufacturing workshops in Villeneuve (Switzerland) and Sarralbe (France).
Every MECAVENT industrial fan is sized for its real operating point: airflow, static pressure, gas temperature, dust load and installation constraints. We select the impeller type, backward-curved, radial or axial, to reach the best efficiency at your duty point rather than at a catalogue optimum. This approach reduces energy consumption, noise and wear over the life of the industrial fan.
Our centrifugal fans are available in direct drive or belt drive, in carbon steel, stainless steel or with wear-resistant linings for abrasive dust. For hot gases, we design industrial fans with cooling discs, heat-resistant bearings and insulated casings for temperatures up to 900 °C. ATEX versions are available for explosive atmospheres.
We supply complete systems: industrial fan, variable frequency drive, silencers, acoustic enclosure and flexible connectors. In our workshops we carry out airflow tests, dynamic balancing and vibration control before delivery, then commission the installation on site. For fans placed on the European market, we take into account Regulation (EU) No 327/2011 on fan ecodesign.
