Machine builders need fans that fit exactly into their equipment: a given space, a specific inlet and outlet, a defined duty point and a target noise level. Catalogue fans rarely meet all these constraints at once. MECAVENT develops OEM fans with your engineering team, from the first specification to series production, so that the fan becomes an integrated part of your machine.
We support you through prototypes, performance tests and adjustments, then manufacture OEM fans in small and medium series with consistent quality. Impellers, casings, motors and supports are adapted to your design, and documentation is prepared for your technical file.
Complete packages and white label
Beyond the fan itself, we can supply complete packages: OEM fans with variable frequency drives, silencers, acoustic enclosures and flexible connectors, delivered ready to install. On request, products are supplied in white label with your branding.
Efficiency and compliance
OEM fans integrated into machines placed on the European market must meet energy efficiency requirements. We design and select fans with this in mind, in line with Regulation (EU) No 327/2011 on fan ecodesign, and provide the data you need for your declarations.
From Prototype to Series Production
We work with your engineering department from the design phase: analysis of specifications, sizing, prototype creation, followed by airflow and acoustic testing in our workshops. Once the fan is validated, we industrialize and produce it in series, ensuring consistent performance from one delivery to the next.
