MECAVENT applies its aeraulic engineering to installations that do not fit into any catalog: limited space, existing networks to be adapted, or flow, pressure, and noise constraints. On-site surveys, 3D modeling, flow simulation, and custom manufacturing: we design the part or equipment that solves your problem.

Solution: a new duct designed in 3D and validated by flow simulation (below), then custom-manufactured.

Custom Filtration Units for Chimneys
For an existing installation, MECAVENT designed 8 custom air filtration units, mounted directly on a chimney. Their curved shape perfectly matches the wall’s contour.
The process: taking measurements from existing plans, 3D modeling of each element (grille, filter media, seal), then manufacturing and painting the parts before on-site assembly.
