Acoustic Enclosures
Manufacturing of 5- or 6-sided acoustic enclosures for noise reduction at the source. MECAVENT SA acoustic enclosures are custom-designed to wrap around any type of noisy machinery: industrial fans, compressors, pumps, electric motors, and refrigeration units.
Construction: Custom acoustic enclosure
Our acoustic enclosures are fully dismantlable and made of steel sheet (galvanized or stainless) with high-performance insulation panels. Self-supporting structure or fixed on a frame depending on installation constraints.
Performance:
Sound reduction from 15 to 40 dB(A), indoor or outdoor installation (special coating on request). Possible integration of internal ventilation for cooling the enclosed equipment.
Services included:
On-site acoustic measurements, 3D drawing creation, workshop manufacturing, and on-site assembly. Operating in Switzerland and France.
Acoustic Walls and Screens
When the noise source cannot be enclosed (refrigeration units, rooftop fans, cooling towers, outdoor equipment), the acoustic wall or screen blocks sound propagation toward the neighborhood or work areas. MECAVENT SA designs custom acoustic walls, sized according to the noise level to be met and the site configuration.
Construction:
Modular panels in galvanized or stainless steel sheet, with perforated facing and absorbent material, mounted on a self-supporting structure or fixed to the existing one. Indoor or outdoor installation, RAL finish on request.
Possible combination:
The acoustic wall can integrate access doors and acoustic louvers to ensure equipment ventilation while maintaining attenuation.

Industrial Silencer
Circular silencers:
With or without central pod, from Ø250 to Ø2000. Available in galvanized or stainless steel, with or without absorbent inner lining. Acoustic attenuation from 10 to 35 dB(A) depending on length and diameter.
Rectangular baffle silencers:
With rectangular baffles, standard from 400×400 mm to 3000×3000 mm. Custom design for all specific dimensions. Available with all necessary accessories: support base, rain hood, and transformation piece. Attenuation from 10 to 50 dB(A) depending on configuration.
Applications:
Our silencers are suitable for industrial ventilation networks, air handling units, suction and dust extraction systems, as well as ATEX ventilation systems.
Acoustic Louvers
PERS acoustic louvers allow air to pass through while reducing noise escaping from air intakes and exhausts in technical rooms, machine rooms, and acoustic enclosures. Four depths are available, from 200 to 600 mm, for an overall attenuation of 10 to 18 dB(A).
- Standard dimensions up to 2500 × 2500 mm, others on request
- Raw galvanized steel or RAL powder-coated, stainless steel or aluminum on request
- Options: insect or bird screen, rear filter, adjustment damper
