The acoustic louvre, also known as an acoustic slat, acoustic grille, or louver, allows air to pass through while reducing noise escaping from openings: machine rooms, technical rooms, and noisy industrial areas. MECAVENT SA’s PERS acoustic louvres combine blades filled with absorbent material with weather protection, providing an overall attenuation of 10 to 18 dB(A) depending on the depth.

Construction and finishes
PERS acoustic louvres are made of galvanized steel sheet, raw or powder-coated in any RAL color (RAL 9010 as standard). Versions in stainless steel, aluminum, or other materials are available on request. The blades are filled with absorbent material protected by a perforated sheet; their inclination also allows for mounting at the end of a duct, either directly or with a frame.
